Encompassing over 150 acres on the south side of Hwy 278 in the Town of Bluffton, Willow Run is a virtual town center concept. The project allows for 750,000sf of commercial and 260 housing units. Pedestrian circulation was an important factor in designing the site with careful consideration of the neighboring wetlands.
